At Set the Stage, we believe every child deserves a joyful introduction to performing arts.
Stage Tots is our fun, child-led programme for children aged 18 months–3 years, where little ones explore music, movement, imagination and creative play in a warm, nurturing environment.
Rather than expecting every child to do the same activity at the same time, we gently encourage confidence by following each child's interests and celebrating every achievement, no matter how small.
Whether it's their first bubble dance, joining in with a song, exploring a story or simply taking their first brave steps into a group activity, every session is designed to help your child grow at their own pace while having lots of fun.

What happens at a Stage Tots Class?
Every Stage Tots session is carefully planned to encourage confidence, creativity and curiosity through a mixture of structured activities and child-led exploration.

Every class follows a familiar routine that helps little ones feel safe, confident and excited to learn through play.

Children settle into class through free play, exploring toys and activities while building confidence in a calm, welcoming environment.
🌈 Movement & Dance
Scarves, ribbons, parachutes and movement games help children develop balance, coordination and confidence while having lots of fun.
🎵 Music & Singing

Interactive stories, role play and imaginative adventures encourage creativity, language development and self-expression.
🫧 Bubbles & Goodbye
We finish each session with bubbles and a gentle goodbye, giving every child a positive end to their class and something special to look forward to each week.
